Brewer’s Lunch
Join Carter Creek’s Head Brewer, Justin Zimmerman, for an experiential lunch and learn, with beer! Enjoy six beer samplings paired specifically to a beer centric menu, and hear the brewery’s history and best kept stories through the eyes of our brewer.

Dip your own bottle!
Want to do a custom label for a bottle and provide it to your top performers? Even better, bring your team and they can dip it themselves! This is an experience for the whole group.
Garrison Brothers Volunteer Bottling Program
Allow your group to volunteer a day to operate the bottling process of Garrison Bros bourbon, all done by hand! Enjoy music, good vibes and sip on some good Texas booze during this experience. Lunch included. This experience is limited to groups of 25 and runs 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
