Executive Chef Brian Osborne 
Executive Chef Brian Osborne brings more than 15 years of culinary experience to Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa, where he leads the resort’s Texas-inspired food and beverage operations. He and his team take pride in crafting seasonal menu specials for the popular Old 290 Brewery & Restaurant, known for its hearty, gastropub-style fare influenced by both classic and contemporary Texas flavors.
Chef Osborne also oversees operations at the seasonally operated JC Smokehouse and manages the resort’s catering program, delivering innovative menus for meetings, weddings, private celebrations and special events.
Passionate about the ingredients and traditions of Texas Hill Country, Osborne is proud to work in the heart of the region – surrounded by scenic rolling hills and award-winning vineyards – at the only local winery with an on-site microbrewery serving its own craft beers.
